sunday morning saw us out visiting all sorts of furry, funny, smelly ceatures including the new baby rabbits, i love rabbits, with a bit of mash, yorkshire puds and gravy

and speaking of grub, we caught up with ben sorting out his diet needs as hes such a fatty

he was told he could only have one sausage roll a day, so he decided to make his own which just happened to be the size of a small country

. then it was over to the three horseshoes headingley to catch the hunky punky classic rock new wave glam beast that is AFTER DARK

.

great night with plenty of beer, great tooons and dancing

called up to the thornhill arms, stanningley, pudsey to see erics buds and top band Export strut their funky stuff

.

and the funky stuff for me is what they do best, from the soul classics to a belting version of shake yer tail feather they had everyone up singing, dancing or at least tapping their feet

.

the thornhill is a nice little biker freindly boozer run by pudsey cobras founder Steve & his lovely missis Angie who is a big bazza manifold fan, so shes OK in my book

.

shes the one hogging the mic in all the pics

.

me, woody and the two lindas had a great time sampling the highlights of scarbourgh last weekend

.

mainly the beer, the food, the beer, the pound shop and the beer

.

bumped into nephew duncan who was out on a works afternoon do and had to be home by 9pm so his lass could go out, he was still in bed sun afternoon as he dint get back til the early hours, he thinks

.

met up with spoon and jan who took us to a great little boozer with a propper log fire and a load of silly hats (australia day?)

.

the log fire was most welcome as it wasnt the warmest of weekends, as you can probly tell by the pics below

.

really good place for a night out though, plenty of pubs with decent music and bands

.

to finish off, a couple of phone snaps including one with jake and meg trying to get me to scream at the spiders on their hands after a night on the cider with steve

.
